The Telescope House is roughly 1,700 square feet of living space, focused on a main living room/kitchen, and with a downstairs game room. There is a carport with room for one car plus driveway space for two more.
Living Room
The open concept living room is the main living area of the house. It features a giant glass wall facing east with an amazing view of all the majestic red rock formations in the valley. It is the perfect location to watch the sunrise, moonrise, reverse sunset -- as well as stargazing in the evening.
The full size sofa is the perfect place to lie down and watch the stars. The dining table on the other side of the room can sit 8 people comfortably. The kitchen overlooks the living room, separated by a bar height counter and barstools, keeping the whole party in one location.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and chef-ready. Anyone who loves to cook will feel right at home in this kitchen. The kitchen built-in appliances include an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator. Portable appliances such as the blender, toaster, food processor, and others are stored in the pantry. A coffee nook around the corner containing an espresso machine provides guests their morning coffee or tea needs.
Bedrooms
The house contains 3 bedrooms, each with a gorgeous view of the mountains to the south. All 3 have a queen size bed. The master and first guest bedroom are identical, except for the view. Both have a closet with a dresser to store and hang clothes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller, but still has drawers for unpacking. All 3 bedrooms have an office desk the width of the room. The bedrooms are cozy and bring a cabin feel to this modern house.
Bathrooms
The 2 bathrooms are almost mirror images of each other, with both containing walk-in showers with rain shower heads, giving that spa-like feel to them. Heated floors and floating vanities complete the experience.
Game Room
The downstairs game room has an entirely different feel from the rest of the house. This entertainment room will be a favorite hang-out of all ages, featuring a tournament size pool table, a ping pong table cover, a 65" TV, and darts in the corner.
