Requirements

We do require photography sessions to provide a deposit and to carry indemnification and insurance.

We have a house liaison to assist with photoshoots and filming.

House Details

The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and roughly 1700 sf. This limits the size of film crews. Most of the larger furniture is built in and non-swappable.

There is reasonable parking on site: 1 parking space in the carport, 2 spaces in the driveway, room for several more vehicles in the driveway, and street parking for at least 3 vehicles.

Location Details

We are located on Lower Red Rock Loop Road, near Century Road, and just a short distance away from Red Rock State Park. We are outside of the town limits, so a town permit is not required, although Sedona does have resources to assist with filming in the area. The only noise and light ordinances are Yavapai County's (which may restrict working hours), but we would still ask crews to respect the quietness of the neighborhood.
